Do you have washers big enough to wash a comforter?
Yes we do! Our biggest washers hold up to 80 lbs of laundry.
Can I wash my sleeping bags?
Yes! We have very large washers that can hold up to 3 sleeping bags in one wash.
How much will it cost me to do my laundry?
Depending on how much laundry you have, you could spend as little as $10 to $15 for washing and drying!
What happens to laundry that is left behind?
Laundry that remains unclaimed for over 30 days will be re-washed and donated. This includes Wash-Dry-Fold (WDF) orders that have been left for more than 30 days. Our attendants will make several attempts to contact customers before taking any action. Be sure to pick up your laundry on time to avoid donation!
Nope! Our laundry system is all ran off of a reloadable laundry card!
Do I bring in quarters?
How long will it take to clean my clothes?
Washer average about 25-30 min and dryers average 15-20 min! That means you can get all of your laundry done in less than an hour!
Can I bring my own detergent?
Absolutely! Bring Your Own Soap (BYOS) or purchase ours via vending machines in the store.
What should I do before starting my wash?
Before starting your wash, take a moment to check your pockets! Items like gum, markers, pens, screws, earbuds, cell phones, rocks, and especially cigarette lighters can cause major issues.
Cigarette lighters are a serious fire hazard! If they make it through the wash and into the dryer, the heat could ignite the butane, posing a fire risk.
What if I am having trouble with my washer or dryer?
If a washer or dryer isn’t working properly, let us know! Please report any issues to the attendant on duty so we can help fix the problem and ensure our machines stay in top shape for everyone. We’re here to help—don’t hesitate to ask!
